Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchases from awp-nomad.com, the Nomad online store operated by Elbadri Innovations LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Nomad,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you order applies to that order, and the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.

2. Products & pricing accuracy

Every item is made to order and printed individually, so finished colors, print placement, and garment tone may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We work to keep product descriptions and prices accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.

3. Orders, acceptance & cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; no contract is formed until we accept the order and it enters production. Because items are produced on demand, production typically begins shortly after purchase. We may decline or cancel any order — for example on suspected fraud, a pricing error, or fulfilment limits — and will refund any amount charged. You may request cancellation, but we can only honour it if production has not yet started.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, graphics, designs, the Nomad name and wordmark, and all site content are owned by Elbadri Innovations LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Buying a product grants you ownership of that physical item only — not any right to reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from the designs. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any artwork or content without our written permission.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• —use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• —reproduce, scrape, or resell our designs, images, or content;
• —interfere with the security or operation of the site;
• —submit false, fraudulent, or another person’s payment or shipping information.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elbadri Innovations LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
